Kayo Mobile App Subscription Billing

Recurring costs for the use of the mobile app are handled directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

A monthly charge will occur on the same day of the month that you first paid for the Kayo subscription, which is usually 14 days after you signed up.

Kayo Device Billing

The one-time costs for the device and shipping are handled through the Kayo online web store. If you have any specific questions about a particular charge related to the purchase of the device or having it shipped, please feel free to reach out to us.
