Do you want to reach out to one of your vehicle's drivers? Here we'll walk you through the process of sending an SMS text message to a driver.
To message a driver, start by clicking on the truck icon in the lower left corner of the Kayo app.
Then click on the vehicle card for the vehicle that is being driven by the person you want to contact.
Near the middle of your screen, on the right hand side, you'll see a Text Driver button. Click it.
Note, you'll first need to have the driver's contact information populated before you can reach out. If the driver's contact info is already there, then you'll be sent over to your phone's default SMS messaging app or be prompted to select an SMS messaging app. The contact number will be populated in the new message you are drafting.
