Opting in to Text Messages for Communication

This article outlines the process of opting in for text messages as a form of communication. Text communication is an easy and efficient way of engaging with our teams for support. Users are only eligible to receive text messages from us after opting in to receive them.

  • After creating an account and upon login to our application, you are able to set your notification preferences.
    • Navigate to the cog in the top right, then to "Notification Settings"
  • Here you can opt in and/or out of push, email, and text based notifications. Ensure "Text Message" is toggled on.

  • As a last step when a you submit a ticket for support, be sure to select the "Text" option for the question "How do you want to be reached?". This will let our support teams know that you prefer communicating through text message.
